Our Maintenance contracts offer two levels of cover for your
conveniance, level 1 covers all call-out charges, all labour charges for
an unlimited time, and all parts, and level 2 covers all call-out
charges, all labour charges for an unlimited time, and excludes parts,
all cover is subject to the terms and conditions of the maintenance
contract agreement.
All of our maintenance contracts are
underwritten by our Insurers and all parts and components both minor or
major found to be faulty are replaced with new parts, no second hand or
refurbished parts will ever be used under the terms and conditions of
our contracts, and as a commitment to our customers prior to the renewal
of our Company annual insurance we will always negotiate the best
possible terms for the subsequent 12 month period.
We also offer
maintenance contracts on systems not previously installed by ourselves,
subject to an inspection of the system and confirmation of the safety of
the systems live mains feed.
